Biography

Astrid Mignon Colombet practices as a White Collar – Investigation partner at August Debouzy. For more than a decade, Astrid has handled some of the most complex and high-profile criminal litigation cases (Concorde crash, Erika sinking, AZF explosion, transnational CJIP). She represents companies and executives before criminal courts and advises them in sensitive issues such as crisis management, application of the blocking statute, internal investigations, or implementation of anti-corruption and compliance programs. Astrid teaches the Economic Criminal Law class at Sciences Po Paris, regularly publishes articles in European and French law reviews and is an active member of the International Bar Association's programs where she acted as former co-chair of the criminal committee of the IBA (2019-2020) and is appointed as Committee liaison Officer of the Professional Ethics Committee to serve from 01 January 2023 to 31 December 2024. She has been individually distinguished in the categories White-collar crime and Corporate Compliance & Investigations by the prestigious and leading independent professional legal research companies Chambers & Partners Europe 2023 and Legal 500 EMEA 2023.
