Biography

Agnieszka Pytlas is the Managing Partner and Head of Corporate/M&A at Penteris. She has over two decades of experience advising on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on strategic investments in Central and Eastern Europe. She has been Managing Partner of Penteris since 2020, where she leads the firm’s Corporate/M&A practice and oversees its strategic development. Prior to that, Agnieszka Pytlas was with Magnusson for nearly two decades, where she was a Partner from 2002 and served as Managing Partner of the Warsaw office from 2015 to 2020. She is recommended by Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, and IFLR for her work in Corporate/M&A, reflecting her strong reputation among clients and peers alike. Agnieszka completed an executive program at Harvard Business School in 2016.
