Biography

Kartik Ganapathy is a founding and senior partner at IndusLaw, and is based in India. Kartik's practice spans cross-border and domestic private equity investments, public and private M&A, joint ventures, foreign collaborations, corporate advisory and securities law matters. Kartik is also engaged in cross-border arbitrations and dispute resolution matters. Kartik has been listed as a recommended lawyer / leading individual by the Practical Law Company and Chambers & Partners. Kartik was also listed as one of the top 25 "second generation" Indian Corporate Lawyers by RSG Consulting in its first INDIA Report 2010. In 2015, Kartik retired as the Vice-Chair of the Securities Law Committee of the International Bar Association.
