Biography

Kateryna focus on compliance, anti-corruption, Interpol, ECHR, and any legal matters connected with Ukraine (English-speaking Clients). She provided comprehensive legal support to international and Ukrainian companies and private clients in diverse criminal proceedings, internal compliance investigations, etc. In particular, Kateryna defends and represents the rights and interests of international pharmaceutical companies, clinical research organizations (CRO) and healthcare institutions. Moreover, Katerina has experience in representing clients before Interpol and Europol on issues of wanted notices and their withdrawals (removal of personal data from relevant databases). Kateryna also specializes in clients’ representation before the European Court of Human Rights.
