Biography
Cynthia Lareine is a UK qualified solicitor and the founder & lead strategist at Lareine Gold Consulting (LGC Africa). LGC Africa is an Africa focussed marketing & business development consultancy which supports professional service organisations particularly law firms. Prior to establishing LGC Africa, Cynthia worked extensively within a number of leading global law firms including Linklaters, Allen & Overy & Norton Rose Fulbright. She also served as Executive Director for International Lawyers for Africa (ILFA). In addition to running LGC Africa, Cynthia is the co-founder of the African Corporate and Government Counsel Forum (ACGC) - the first dedicated professional association for Africa’s in-house legal community. Cynthia is also the EMEA client strategy and success team lead at PERSUIT, the leading legal sourcing technology platform used by the corporate legal departments of Fortune 500 companies for engaging outside counsel.
