Biography

Máire is a Corporate M&A Partner in William Fry Dublin and Co-Lead of the Firm's Energy, Renewables and Infrastructure Practice Group, as well as a member of the FinTech Committee. Máire advises both established and emerging companies and investors (industry and Private Equity) on venture capital investments, buy and sell-side M&A mandates as well as being the go-to practitioner for key corporate structuring advices for several large Irish and International group companies. She started her legal career advising the Irish semi-state tasked with investing in Irish early-stage and high potential start-ups and has developed her practice in this area, with particular experience working with Founders on their entrepreneurial journey, advising technology companies (and investors) on venture capital and PE investments, M&A transactions, and alternative lenders on the equity aspects of their venture debt transactions.
