Biography

Catherine has 25 years’ experience of advising on transfer pricing matters both in industry and in practice. She has been Head of Transfer Pricing at AstraZeneca since September 2017 where she has global responsibility for all aspects of AstraZeneca’s transfer pricing. Prior to this, Catherine was Head of Transfer Pricing for the RELX group for 10 years where she managed a multinational team and lead negotiations with tax authorities on transfer pricing matters including APAs. She is a regular speaker at transfer pricing conferences and at the OECD where she has recently represented AstraZeneca on the Pillar One and Pillar Two public consultations. Catherine trained as a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor with Ernst and Young and has a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) from Oxford University.
