Biography

Edoardo is a partner at Chiomenti and head of its London office. He advises international private equity sponsors on Italian and cross-border buyouts, add-ons, combinations and exits, with a focus on technology, fintech and consumer businesses. He also leads the firm’s Private Equity – Venture & Growth Capital practice, so his work runs from growth investments to control buyouts. He joined Chiomenti in 2011, spent 2017–18 as an International Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton in New York and became a partner in 2021. He holds an LL.M. from UC Berkeley and a law degree from Bocconi University, and is a member of the Milan Bar.
