Biography

Louella is the head of the Sydney M&A team and is a specialist in M&A transactions. She has significant experience leading key strategic projects with her clients including acquisitions, governance disposals, joint-ventures, partnerships, auction processes, sales and mergers. She has substantial experience advising on multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions and has a track record of delivering successful outcomes for a wide range of local and international clients.
