Biography

I am a White Collar / Litigation partner at Cohen & Gresser, a law firm based in midtown Manhattan with offices in London, Paris, and Washington DC. A former federal prosecutor in Manhattan (Southern District of New York), my practice focuses on helping companies and individuals navigate complex and highly sensitive investigations by criminal and regulatory authorities at the federal and state levels. I have extensive experience with investigations conducted by the US Department of Justice, the SEC, the CFTC, the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, and the NY Attorney General's Office, and with investigations centering on allegations of corruption of non-US officials under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
