Biography

Kristin is the General Counsel of Nobell Foods, the company pioneering the use of plant-grown proteins to create animal-free products that are delicious and affordable. Prior to joining Nobell, Kristin was the Executive Director of the Ira M. Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership at Columbia Law School. Kristin started her career at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where she worked on a range of litigation and enforcement matters on behalf of corporate and sovereign clients. Kristin received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, and her B.A. in Political Science and Policy Studies from Rice University. Prior to attending law school, Kristin spent two years traveling to over fifteen countries conducting research on the role of various legal institutions in society, including as a Thomas J. Watson Fellow.
