Elise Margow is the founder and principal of Legally Speaking a boutique law firm that specialises in providing corporate and commercial advice to SMEs as well as alternative dispute resolution services. www.legalspeak.net.au. She is also the founder and principal of Confidentially Speaking, the home of negotiation that provide commercial negotiation and commercial mediation services. (www.confidentiallyspeaking.com.au) She is also an experienced and award winning mediator having been ranked by Doyles as one of the leading commercial mediators in Victoria, Australia from 2018 to 2023. As a nationally accredited mediator Elise specialises in mediations concerning banking and finance, corporate, commercial, industrial relations, employment law and major leasing disputes. She has broad legal and business expertise, being an alumnus of Telstra Corporation Limited and Arnold Bloch Leibler as well as heading up legal teams. In addition to providing a wide range of legal advice to her clients she has contributed on credit and due diligence committees, is a director of two companies and has company secretarial experience. Elise focuses on alternative dispute resolution techniques to assist clients and disputing parties avoid lengthy and expensive court proceedings.
