Biography
Vanessa joined Hamilton in 2021 as Head of M&A across its global operations. Vanessa is an insurance professional and M&A lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in domestic and international public and private M&A (having worked at Dentons and Bird & Bird). Vanessa initially joined the insurance market as a senior underwriter at Neon. Prior to joining Hamilton, Vanessa was an Executive Director in the Transactional Risks/M&A team at Willis Towers Watson, where she was responsible for the London M&A broking team.
