Co-Head of Southern Europe at Acquinex and Managing Director of Acquinex Spain. Having participated in several M&A, Real Estate and Renewables deals. Passionate and seeking creative solutions. Leading the Southern Europe underwriting team, underwriting M&A transactions primarily in Spain, Italy, Portugal and Latin America from Barcelona. Before joining Acquinex, Jaume was leading the Southern Europe underwriting operations at ANV from Barcelona, having joined ANV from private practice, where he had over 7 years of experience as an M&A lawyer at different national and international firms such as Baker Mckenzie, Deloitte and RCD & DWF.
