Christopher Owen

Biography

Chris is a solicitor based in London. He was a corporate finance partner at an international law firm for over 30 years based in the City. He is currently a member of the Professional Wellbeing Commission of the International Bar Association looking at ways to optimise wellbeing in the legal workplace. Chris is a trained mindfulness coach and has an MBA in Legal Practice Management. He lectures extensively both in the UK and internationally.
