Alastair Mordaunt

Biography

Alastair Mordaunt is a Partner at Freshfields LLP in London. He has 25 years of experience as a private practitioner and regulator assisting before UK, EU and Asian regulators across the full range of competition-related work. Alastair co-heads the firm’s global foreign investment review skills group. His government experience includes four years as a senior official at the UK’s competition authority, the Office of Fair Trading. He is an Officer of the International Bar Association’s Antitrust Section.
