Biography

Pavla is a partner at PEERS law firm, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, real estate, the regulation of data, AI, cybersecurity, and advisory work for start-ups. She is a highly experienced legal adviser with over 25 years’ experience gained within international legal environments. Throughout her career, she has specialised in high-stakes areas including M&A, cross-border transactions, corporate governance and complex commercial contracts, across sectors ranging from real estate development, construction and industrial manufacturing to B2B and B2C services. Her leadership credentials are reflected in a long tenure as a co-founder and partner at an international law firm and her roles within the IBA where she was the ERF Vice-Chair and Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion group (2021-23) and ERF Diversity & Inclusion Officer (2023-24). During her tenure the D&I Toolkit for law firms was developped and launched. Pavla also served as Chair of the Board of the International Lawyers Network (2020-24), where she had been a law firm representative since 20 years.
