Biography

Pavla is a partner at PEERS (CEE law firm), advising on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, real estate, the regulation of data, AI and cybersecurity, and start-up work. She has over 25 years' experience gained in international legal environments, focusing on high-stakes matters including M&A, cross-border transactions, corporate governance and complex commercial contracts. Her clients span real estate development, construction and industrial manufacturing, as well as B2B and B2C services. Alongside a long tenure as a partner at an international law firm, Pavla has held leadership roles within the IBA, serving as Diversity and Inclusion Officer of the European Regional Forum and contributing to the creation and launch of the D&I Toolkit for law firms. She is also the immediate past Chair of the International Lawyers Network.
