Biography

I am a corporate and commercial lawyer and Managing Partner at BTG Advaya, with over 16 years of experience advising Indian and international businesses on complex transactions and strategic projects. My practice covers M&A, joint ventures, restructuring, infrastructure and aviation. I have extensive aviation-sector experience, including advising on airport development and modernisation, airline operations, aircraft leasing and financing, aviation investments and regulatory matters. I previously served as General Counsel for the Mumbai International Airport modernisation project, gaining deep experience in the legal, commercial and regulatory complexities of large-scale aviation infrastructure projects. Having worked across both private practice and in-house roles, I bring a practical, commercially focused perspective to legal advice, with an emphasis on clarity, solutions and helping clients achieve their strategic objectives.
