Biography

Éric is a Montreal-based litigator. He practices in multiple areas of the law, with his primary focus being in competition law cases and in aviation matters. As part of his competition law practice, Eric advises and represents local businesses and multinationals on all aspects of Canadian competition law. His aviation practice includes regulatory matters as well as all types of litigation, both domestically and internationally. Eric’s litigation experience includes multiple international arbitration cases (ICC, UNCITRAL). Eric appeared several times before the Supreme Court of Canada. He has also acted as lead counsel for Fortune 500 companies in a significant number of class actions.
