Rocco Rondi

Biography

Rocco Rondi is a partner of the business law firm BMG Avocats in Geneva. He assists Swiss and international clients in relation to civil and criminal litigation, as well as in arbitration proceedings. He has extensive experience in complex cross-border litigation, in particular in commercial, banking and financial disputes and in enforcing foreign judgments and awards. Rocco further practices debt enforcement and bankruptcy law. He is currently one of the officers of the IBA Litigation Committee and a sitting member of the Geneva Bar Council.
