Patricia Arrazola-Bustillo

Biography

Patricia leads the Energy & Natural Resources Practice Group at Gómez-Pinzón and is also a member of the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions Group. She has over 28 years’ professional experience in advising local and international investors from a variety of sectors including energy, gas, mining and public services throughout the process of structuring and developing their activities in Colombia. Ms. Arrázola has taken part in Colombia’s main energy sector privatization deals and has been the lead legal advisor of the country’s most meaningful new energy-related projects, including the structuring of its first regasification terminal and several others pertaining to renewable energy.
