Biography

Warren is the RSK director responsible for leading the development and implementation of RSK Group's business development and strategy across the legal sector (globally), Head of UK Business Development, and Director at RSK Global Experts. A passionate sustainability professional with over 20 years experience, his work includes technical, environmental and ESG due diligence across RSKs global footprint. Warren also leads our engagement on contentious matters through a dedicated expert witness offering within RSK Global Experts across RSKs engineering, construction dispute, environmental, health and safety disciplines. Warren is the immediate Past Chair (2023-25) of the UK Environmental Law Association (UKELA), and former board director / trustee from 2017-25. Warren is a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv), a Fellow (FISEP) of the Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals (ISEP), and a Principal Registered Auditor (PEA). In 2026 Warren was appointed as a Non Executive Director (NED) to ISEP for a 3 year term. In 2024 and again in 2025, Warren was listed in the ENDS Report Power List, recognising his contribution as one of the most influential environmental consultants in the UK for 2 consecutive years in a row.
