Moti Mironi

Biography

Professor of Law Haifa University, Faculty of Law and Professor of Law (adj.) at Reichman University. Fields of expertise: mediation, arbitration, ADR, negotiation, labor and employment law. Author of several books and many articles, among them: "The Promise of Mediation in Sport-Related Disputes" The International Sports Law Journal (2016). As an independent mediator, Prof. Mironi covers a variety of fields including sports, labor-management, commercial and employment disputes as well as disputes in the public sphere. Prof. Mironi is a CAS mediator and serves on the mediators’ rosters with WIPO, Milan Chamber of Commerce, OSCE Mediation and Dialogue Experts and the Panel of Distinguished International Mediators (Moscow). Served as a judge with the Disciplinary Tribunal of the Macabbiah Games. Former President of the Israeli Mediation Association and Chairman of the Israel Bar Associations ADR Forum. Guest Professor of several M.A. Programs in sports law and sport management. Executive member of the IMI Taskforce on Mixed (Hybrid) Techniques of Dispute Resolution and a co-chair of the Working Group dealing with “Switching Hats” (Med-Arb, Arb-Med, Arb-Med-arb).
