Biography
As the Managing Director at GARDETTO LAW OFFICES, I have been leading a highly skilled and professional team of legal practitioners for over 35 years. I was admitted to the Bar of Monaco in 1988, after graduating from the Universities of Aix-en-Provence and Nice (France) Law Schools, as well as from Cornell Law School (LL.M.) in the United States. I hold the qualification of Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP).
I was elected as the President of the Monaco Bar Association . I was also elected and reelected as a Member of the Monaco Parliament and held the position of Chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee as well as Vice-President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe.
