Marina M Weiss
Biography
Marina Weiss, Partner, is a member of the International Arbitration team. Marina advises private clients as well as States and State entities in commercial and investment arbitrations conducted under the major rules (UNCITRAL, ICSID, ICC, LCIA and SCC) as well as in ad hoc arbitrations in a variety of industries and regions. She also advises clients in arbitration-related litigations and on issues of public international law. In addition, Marina acts as arbitrator. In 2025, Marina was appointed by the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany to the ICSID Panel of Conciliators. As of 2026, Marina also acts as co-chair of the Investment Arbitration Subcommittee of the International Bar Association (IBA) Arbitration Committee. Marina is also a co-chair of the IBA Taskforce on AI in International Arbitration.
