Biography

Jill leads the Employment Legal function at PayPal for the Americas, where she built and now manages a team that supports the full employee lifecycle. Her work spans employment litigation, global employment initiatives and advising stakeholders on employment and labor matters for PayPal's largest employee population. Prior to joining PayPal, she was a shareholder at Littler where she managed global employment litigation matters and provided advice and counseling for global organizations. She also drives AI adoption within legal departments and helping teams use AI to enhance legal advice and productivity. In addition to her internal role at PayPal, Jill advises two fast-growing legal tech companies -- Law Insider and Simple Docs--on implementing AI tools for lawyers.
