Biography

Nikki Samant-Jones is the Chief Revenue Officer at Country Navigator, bringing over 18 years of experience in SaaS, enterprise, and consultative sales. She specialises in helping organisations develop talent, create inclusive workplaces, and equip global teams with the skills needed to thrive in a diverse and interconnected world. As co-host of The Hippo Question podcast, Nikki engages with business leaders to explore cultural intelligence and inclusion, covering all stages of the talent lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to leadership development and retention. Outside of her professional role, Nikki is a dedicated mum and the manager of a junior rugby team, where she fosters teamwork, resilience, and leadership in young children. She believes that developing inclusive mindsets starts early, and that creating environments where everyone can thrive is key to shaping future talent—whether in the workplace or on the field.
