Biography

Since joining Dittmar & Indrenius in 1992, Petteri has been known for his extensive experience and practical advice on broad range of Finnish national and international employment law matters, including reorganisations, M&A, establishing human resource policies in Finland and drafting of employment-related contracts. He is also a trusted strategic speaking partner to many of Dittmar & Indrenius’ long-lasting clients in the field of employment law. He has advised employers in several high-profile landmark cases in general and specialised courts, including the Labour Court, the European Court of Justice and the Finnish Supreme Court. He has been ranked by Chambers and Partners as a Star Individual in the field of employment law in Finland since 2008. He is also the Labour Law Professor of practice at the Law School of University of Lapland.
