Biography

A M&A partner in Simpson Thacher's New York office, Mike regularly advises private equity firms and public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, investments, carve-outs, joint ventures, recapitalizations and other corporate transactions. He has experience representing clients across a variety of sectors including healthcare, infrastructure, consumer products, technology, financial services, and industrials and manufacturing and guiding sponsors and their portfolio companies throughout the entirety of the private equity lifecycle and beyond.
