David Altschuler
Biography
David Altschuler is the Vice President & Associate General Counsel for Competition/Antitrust at Salesforce, a leading global provider of CRM software and related solutions. In that role, David provides strategic support on a wide range of antitrust matters, including M&A, counseling on Salesforce's business activities, responses to antitrust regulatory inquiries, policy and government affairs support, and training and enablement. Prior to joining Salesforce, David spent over a decade at the DOJ Antitrust Division, where he served most recently as an Assistant Chief of the Defense, Industrials, and Aerospace Section. Before joining the Division, David was a litigation associate at large law firms in Washington, D.C., and New York. David received a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
