Pablo Cereijido

Biography

Pablo S. Cereijido has been a partner at Marval O'Farrell Mairal since 2003, specializing in insurance and reinsurance law. He advises on insurance and reinsurance claims, policy drafting, and non-traditional distribution channels, while also handling insurer incorporations, mergers, and regulatory matters. After qualifying as a lawyer at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina (1993) and obtaining an LL.M from the University of London (1999), he gained international experience working at a London law firm. He currently serves as Professor of Insurance Law at his alma mater. Pablo holds leadership positions in AIDA Argentina (Vice President), AIDA International (Secretary of Reinsurance Working Party), and CILA (Vice President of Reinsurance Working Party).
