Biography
Adv. Zaki Diab is the founder partner of Zaki Diab & Co. law firm (based in Tel Aviv and Haifa). He is a specialist lawyer in Insurance Law litigation. Zaki was recognized as one of the most prominent lawyers in Israel under the age of 50. Zaki began his academic training at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where he earned both LLB and MBA degrees. Through the Fulbright Arab-Israeli Scholarship Program, he then went on to complete his LLM studies in Commercial Law at the Ivy-League University of Pennsylvania in 2006-2007. During this time, Zaki was also accepted into the prestigious honors program of the Wharton Business School (University of Pennsylvania) where he earned a dual certification in business and public policy. Zaki Possesses extensive knowledge in analyzing insurance policies and managing complex property damage insurance claims. Zaki Handles property insurance claims, water leaks and floods, fires, construction damage, contractor work and tort claims. His office represents policyholders in claims against insurance companies and in liability cases and managing mediation processes. Zaki is one of the authors of the book “Managing Property Insurance Claims,” the most talked-about book in the Israeli insurance industry since its publication in 2024. Zaki teaches a course in the Law Faculty in Tel Aviv University. Moreover, He served as a speaker in several insurance conferences in Israel and abroad.
