Biography

Suzy Mason is Strategic Development Director at CLS Property Insight Limited (CLSQ), a specialist UK property insurance MGA, where she leads new product development, strategic carrier and reinsurer relationships, claims oversight and business development across a portfolio that includes Portfolio Investment Protection, valuation indemnity, legal indemnity, estate administration bonds and bespoke developer and lender solutions. A qualified solicitor and Fellow of the Institute of Directors, Suzy has spent her career at the intersection of insurance, law and corporate strategy. She was previously CEO and COO of ERGO UK Specialty Limited and held senior roles during fifteen years at Crawford & Company, giving her deep experience across underwriting, claims and complex specialty risks. Suzy also serves as a Trustee Governor of the Stephen Perse Foundation in Cambridge, reflecting her longstanding interest in educational access and governance in the not-for-profit sector.
