Biography

Carolina Bosch is the Director of New Business for Latin America, and has more than 15 years of client service experience. She is responsible for identifying and implementing key initiatives for Winston & Strawn’s Latin America & Caribbean (LatAm) Practice, including developing country and product strategies. In this role, Caro manages efforts to retain and expand relationships with existing clients and new clients. She's a value add to our clients by being a point of contact, making introductions to investors and/or opportunities, establishing their business in the U.S., among others. She is also responsible for managing and maintaining Winston’s relationships with local firms in LatAm. In addition, she oversees the firm’s Foreign Legal Advisors (LL.M.) Program which provides legal and business development training to participating lawyers and strengthens our relationships with local firms and clients in the region. She was born in Argentina, and has also lived in the U.S., Brazil and Dominican Republic. As a result, she has an in-depth knowledge of the region’s cultural, political, and economic nuances. She is a fluent speaker and writer in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
