Biography

Tomás is a partner at Mishcon de Reya, a leading law firm in the UK, where he advises on group actions and dispute resolution. He is a board member at Somos, a claims management company that he co-founded in 2019. With more than 10 years of experience in international law, Tomás has a track record of representing and advocating for individuals and communities affected by environmental, human rights, and consumer issues. He has successfully led and participated in multiple cases across different jurisdictions, such as Brazil, England, the Netherlands, and Germany. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford and a master's degree in tax law from the University of Coimbra.
