Eliseo Roques is the Managing Partner at EDGE Legal LLC, one of Puerto Rico’s top multidisciplinary law firms. A Cornell graduate and Harvard-certified executive, he blends deep legal expertise with innovation, representing leading corporations across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. Passionate about technology and education, he teaches Artificial Intelligence and the Law at the Inter American University School of Law.
