Hannah Clark is a partner in the corporate department at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Hannah’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions (domestic and cross-border), divestitures, corporate governance, activism defense, joint ventures and corporate and securities matters. Hannah was recognized by The American Lawyer as a Dealmaker of the Year and as a “Rising Star” in Media & Entertainment by Law360.
