Gabriella Aliberti
Biography
Gabriella L. Aliberti is a global energy attorney and business executive with extensive experience in international trade, regulatory compliance, and commercial strategy across the energy sector. She currently serves as Senior Legal Consultant for International Trade and Sanctions at Phillips 66 Company in Houston, Texas, where she advises on complex cross-border transactions and regulatory risk mitigation. As former Head of Legal, Corporate Secretary, and Interim Managing Director at LITASCO Pan Americas, LLC, she led all legal affairs, corporate governance, and compliance while serving as a strategic partner to Commercial Strategy, Trading, Risk Management, and Operations during high-stakes geopolitical transitions. Ms. Aliberti has negotiated high-value international projects and championed risk-balanced commercial strategies in challenging global markets. In 2026, she completed an Executive MBA Capstone Consulting Engagement at Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Business, developing commercial strategy and a board-level investment thesis for a global energy infrastructure firm's entry into Brazil's commercial and industrial battery storage market. Ms. Aliberti holds a J.D. from South Texas College of Law and an MBA from Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Business. She is admitted to the State Bars of Texas and Connecticut.
