Biography

Caroline Pontoppidan joined Maersk Line as General Counsel in 2013. In 2016 Caroline was promoted to Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Head of Corporate Affairs for A.P. Møller – Maersk. Caroline reports to CEO, Søren Skou and is part of A.P. Moller – Maersk Executive Leadership Team. As general counsel Caroline is responsible for legal & compliance including our governance framework Commit. In addition, Caroline is responsible for communication, sustainability and public affairs
