Biography

Caroline Pontoppidan joined Maersk Line as General Counsel in 2013. In 2016 she was promoted to Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Head of Corporate Affairs for A.P. Møller - Maersk, becoming part of the leadership team. In 2023 she was promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. Previous Maersk, she worked as an Associate and later Equity Partner for the Danish Law Firm Kromann Reumert.
