Biography

Pablo Morales Andrade is an Ecuadorian lawyer and Managing Partner of Morales & Asociados, with a practice focused on public and administrative law, energy, infrastructure, regulatory matters and climate finance. He advises companies, investors and institutions on complex projects involving government relations, public policy, regulation, strategic negotiations and political and regulatory risk across Ecuador and Latin America. His work combines legal analysis with policy and institutional strategy, particularly in regulated industries, energy transition, infrastructure and sustainability. He has worked closely with governments, public authorities, industry associations and multinational companies on projects requiring coordination between legal, regulatory and commercial considerations. Pablo holds an LL.M. in Business Law from the University of California, Berkeley, and an LL.M. in Regulation and Network Industries from the University of Bonn. He is actively involved in the International Bar Association, particularly through the Young Lawyers’ Committee and initiatives aimed at strengthening collaboration across IBA committees.
