Biography

Ceylin Beyli is the founder and managing lawyer of CBL Law Office; a boutique corporate & commercial law firm, with a focus in Information Technology and Intellectual Property practices. Ms. Beyli is listed in many reputable sources as the "go-to person" for corporate and IT related matters in Turkey, since 2010. As a registered trademark and patent attorney, Ms. Beyli also enjoys wide recognition since the beginning of her career as an IP litigator and legal counselor. Ms. Beyli graduated from Notre Dame de Sion French High School in Istanbul in 1997, from Galatasaray University Faculty of Law in 2002 and received her J.D, as she proceeded her studies within Leeds University School of Law in 2003 and received her LL.M degree in CyberLaw. Reflecting the acquisition of her LL.M. degree, Ms. Beyli wrote and published several articles, took part in books and reports as co-writer, especially on comparative studies regarding IT and IP, and she is speaking, presenting papers and moderating in conferences since 2004. Ms. Beyli is a registered attorney before Istanbul Bar Association since 2004 and she is a registered trademark and patent attorney before the Turkish Patent Institute. She is fluent both in English and in French.
