Biography

Nina has been practicing tax law for more than 15 years. In particular, she has focused on international matters. Throughout her career, Nina has worked with a broad range of legal issues related to taxation and she has built a solid experience in matters of direct and indirect taxation. She particularly specialises in matters relating to EU tax law and international tax law, including in the context of corporate taxation. Nina has former experience from her work in the Danish Ministry for Taxation where she has been acting as Chief Counsel of International Affairs and from the EU-Commission to which she was seconded as a national expert. Nina holds an LL.M. degree in International Taxation from King's College London and has earlier acted as an external lecturer at the University of Copenhagen in courses on EU law, administrative law and tax law.
