Biography

Tibor Fedke is a Berlin based partner of Noerr PartG mbB and as such a member of our firm's corporate/ m&a and energy group. He specialises in complex multijurisdictional commercial transactions and corporate structuring and has a long-standing experience in advising clients in the regulated industries (including energy & infrastructure, renewable energies, energy-intensive industries, infrastructure and public sector enterprises, heath care and life sciences). Tibor recognized in various directories - for m&a, corporate and energy law in Best Lawyer (since 2018); for energy sector in Legal 500 (2019); Who is Who Legal (since 2015) global and national leader; Acritas Stars Listing (since 2017) and has recently been recognized as Energy Lawyer of the Year 2026, Legal500 (Germany).
