Biography

I am a senior partner at Ajuria Lawyers, recognised as Best Law Firm in Australia 2026 by Best Lawyers, where we specialise in Australian and New Zealand immigration law in collaboration with global co-counsel firms. Admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia, I have been an Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law with the Law Society of NSW since 2002 and a Notary Public since 2004. I have served as NSW Vice-President of the Migration Institute of Australia, a board member of the Immigration Advice and Rights Centre, and on the Law Society of NSW’s Immigration Law Committee and its Accredited Specialist examination board. I am recognised annually since 2009 on the Best Lawyers List of Australia, and I am also included in Doyle’s Guide and Lexology. Fluent in Spanish, I co-founded and served as National President of the Official Australian-Spanish Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and in 2017 was awarded the Royal Order of Civil Merit by His Majesty the King of Spain.
