Biography

Alix d'Anglejan-Chatillon is a partner in the Montréal office of Stikeman Elliott LLP and Co-Head of the firm's Financial Products & Services Group. She advises investment fund managers, institutional investors, banks and other financial market participants on investment management, capital markets regulation, derivatives and asset management transactions across a broad range of asset classes. A recognized leader in the field, Alix regularly advises on fund formation, regulatory compliance, cross-border investment structures and financial market infrastructure. She serves as Chair of the IBA Asset Management and Investment Funds Committee and is consistently ranked among Canada's leading investment funds lawyers by Chambers, IFLR1000, Best lawyers, Lexpert and other leading global directories.
