Biography

Yulia focuses on M&A in the banking and financial sector, bank lending, structured and trade finance transactions, transactions involving distressed debts and debt restructuring procedures. During the financial crisis Yulia developed a number of innovative legal products in demand by banks, financial institutions and corporations. She also has expertise in advising international financial organisations on the granting of macrofinancial assistance to Ukraine, expertise in the handling of complex regulatory issues in the Ukrainian financial sector, and has been appointed to represent the European Commission and EBRD. Named among Top 10 Legal Innovators of the Year in Europe by FT Innovative Lawyers 2015.
