Georgia Voutsa
Biography
Georgia is a partner, member of Zepos & Yannopoulos Tax and Accounting practice. She specialises in corporate taxation, tax compliance and accounting matters providing advice on a wide range of tax and accounting aspects associated with the conduct of business in Greece. She focuses on cross-border transactions tax aspects, including direct and indirect taxation matters. She is actively involved and participates in M&A transactions, leading and coordinating Tax and Financial Due Diligence projects as well as internal tax and accounting diagnostic reviews. Georgia has extensive experience in advising on accounting (IFRS/Greek GAAP) matters as well as in tax compliance supervision and financial reporting issues for Greek entities. She also specialises in digital tax compliance and digital tax reporting issues providing advisory support on e-books (myDATA) and e-invoicing/e-delivery projects. She has worked with multinational clientele across a wide range of industries including services, energy, telecommunications, financial/banking services, medtech, retail and real estate. Georgia is a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece, holder of Class A accountant/tax consultant Professional ID. She is also a Member of the Tax and Accounting Committee of the Association of SA Companies and Entrepreneurship in Greece. She joined Zepos & Yannopoulos in 2008.
