Biography

Casper manage the strategic direction and development of the Copenhagen Bird & Bird office to ensure we have the right lawyers in place for our clients' needs. One of Casper's other roles is to foster innovation by ensuring that the good ideas that are generated in all parts of our firm are developed for the benefit of our clients internationally. Casper specialises in M&A and corporate law, especially in life sciences, manufacturing, distribution, corporate governance and retail. He advises a wide range of clients and have more than 20 years of experience as a business adviser amongst other things as a experienced board member.
