Biography

Feroz Dubash specialises in private M&A, joint ventures, corporate and regulatory advisory work including employment and investigation advice. He is consistently rated as a leading corporate lawyer. His wide range of experience includes advising international and domestic strategic investors on joint ventures, public and private acquisitions and disposals, and corporates on regulatory, employment and compliance issues. Feroz is dual qualified having spent eight years at a magic circle firm in London when he was a founding member of the India Group before moving to help set up TT&A in 2007.
