Biography

Magdalena Berg is a partner at the Stockholm office of Magnusson. Magdalena focuses her practice on matters involving cross-border litigation and arbitration, including acting as an arbitrator, and employment law. Magdalena frequently acts as counsel in cases at the national courts in Sweden and in arbitration proceedings. She has lectured in post M&A disputes at the University of Uppsala. In addition, Magdalena regularly conducts seminars and writes articles about dispute resolution and employment law. Magdalena advises employers of all sizes and senior executives on e.g., employment agreements, employment law aspects concerning national and cross-border corporate transactions, workforce reductions and strategy issues, terminations of executives, consultations with unions and interpretation of non-competition undertakings and whistleblowing practices.
